If Haye is being offered 50% of the whole take, why would he want 100% of the UK take? It would be rather foolish to think that he should get 40 to 50% of the rest of the world and 100% of the UK PPV audience. If he is offered 50% of the take he should sighn immediately that could be a 20 to 25 million dollar paycheck I just think that it is an excuse. He is probably hoping that Vlad or vitali sweetens the deal so they can have the other title.

 

According to Skybox it was 500,000. And Haye earns about 5 pounds per fight. Which means he earned 2.5 million pounds, or about the same as Wlad earns from German television, 3 million. However, a Wlad vs. Haye fight could double those numbers. Haye knows this, which is why he is negotiating in bad faith. If he takes all UK PPV numbers and the fight hits one million buys, he earns 2.5 million pounds more than Wlad. That's ridiculous. :roll:

That's the beauty of Skybox, they never release official numbers. They said that Valuev vs. Haye had 800,000 buys, but that was an estimate. However, I think its safe to assume that Wlad vs. Haye would do at least 800,000. It would be big and Haye would earn more than Wlad if he kept UK ppv. That's why he wants it. He isn't willing to risk a fight with Wlad unless he gets a ridiculous deal.
