Smart move by Haye but i feel Roach has too much on his plate right now. I am starting to get a bit tired of Roaches mouth, but you cant deny his talent.

Put simply he gets the best out of his "students"

I think he's got maybe too much to take care of already also but Pac probably won't fight much longer. I think Mayweather will probably be the last. Win or lose.

if roach accepts and so does haye, is he willing to train his first couple of months in the philippines since roach will be training pac for the mayweather fight.

Roach may take the Manny Steward route and just come in the last 2 weeks of a training camp to work on a couple of things.Roach is too involved with Pacman and Khan to give Haye the time required to really train him.Sturm is in the same boat.He will be trained by others and Roach will come in late to assist him.

While i think its a smart move to ask Freddie to train him i see 2 things:

    1. Manny is a very smart and retainable fighter who sticks to a game plan and him and Freddie have the chemistry to know what the other is usually thinking and other fighters are thinking they can get that to.The Difference is a lot of people are not like manny and dont stick to gameplans like he does!!

    2. HAyes chin is very very suspect and the greatest trainer in the world cannot give you a new one of those...Haye will never beat a Klit..the only chance he would have is if he were to catch Wlad cold ,Vitali kills him IMO.

Bad move, expect the Klits to get him out of there in less than 3 rounds.

    hmm says . . .

i approve, but it kinda sucks on the timing part though.
i'ld love to have another workhorse to stable/career.
haye's already quick for a hw so roach will undoubtedly tap/utilize more of his potential...

Smart move. Roach will definitely have a good game plan for Ruiz.

Apparently Roach taught Michael Jordon how to play basketball... just what I heard.
