David Haye and Tony Bellew both listed as 6'3" but Haye looks shorter... is Bellew 6'5" or are they both less than 6'3"? http://www.boxingnewsonline.net/wor...oads/2016/11/david-haye-and-tony-bellew-3.jpg
At the circus press conference Eddie Hearn who is listed as 6'5 was taller than both so I think their heights are correct.
In my experience fighters heights are always wrong. They are typically an inch or two shorter than what they are billed as.
This is the complete truth. When you see these guys in real life they look fragile. Me and my lady met Tony Margarito at a Dennys in Chula Vista, CA. He was skinny as **** , I thought he was a tweeker. He is listed as 5'11". Met Mike Tyson at the airport and my lady got an autograph. He is the size that he is listed as but he is wide. Met Evander Holyfield when he was selling his BBQ sauce here in San Diego. Now that guy may be bigger than his listed height. Holyfield is big man, his hands are like E.T. Canelo has a house out here that he trains in and runs on the beaches in Del Mar. Dude is short. Maybe shorter than 5'9" that he is listed as.
I've got a picture with David Haye, I'm 6'1. We are the same height. I've seen Bellew around 10-15 feet away from me at a boxing event signing some autographs, he's tall, but he's skinny with it.
It's safe to say Haye is not 6'3". He is not the same size as Muhammad Ali. I met Karl Froch. He's a nice guy but very serious. Froch is shorter than me, I am 6'1". We spoke about Haye, who he sparred with and Froch said David was not much taller than he was but "game as Fukk".
This again? It's always shoes or lenses but people put their conspiracy hats on and act like it's JFK or 9/11.
In this picture Haye is arching his head forward aswell, probably taking an inch off. Either way, I don't really care about their heights. Haye will KO him inside 5
Spent time with many boxers. Haye is a solid 6'1. The only guys who I have spent time with who aren't lying about their size or don't look like third graders are the kilts, Lennox, and wilder.
