Haye Can't Lead, Therefore He Can't Beat Wlad

You are missing what I'm saying. If you think that Haye is going to stand in front of Vlad then you are not analyzing the fight correctly,,,,,,Ain't gonna happen. Vlad is gonna have to step forward with the jab because David's feet are not encased in concrete like most of Vlads opponents.

Throwing any kind of jab will off set a jabber to an extent. Right hands over Vlads jab and catching a jab while throwing a sweeping hook will make a cautious jabber even more cautious. Vlad is basically stationary most of the time, and that is why his distance control is so good, his jab is so controlling, and his right hand is stiff. He is always set.

Haye will move just likie Sanders did, and Vlads jab won't be nearly so effective. Haye will walk Vlad in to something heavy just like Sanders did. Haye will counter well because Vlad will not be set, and Hayes feet will make up the distance.

You guys are looking at this as Haye being a stationary target.. Not

Haye will control the fight with his feet, and make Vlad come to him.

So you think Haye will fight Wlad sort of like he did against Valuev? I just don't see him being successful like that. Hopefully we will eventually see man. :good

Vlad fought similar to this against Tony Thompson because he could not just dominate Thompson from the outside. Vlad only fought this way because Sanders would not let him get set. Every time Vlad got set Corrie stepped off or threw something first. Haye will do the same, and Vlad will be forced to step forward if he is going to land anything. Haye is a fast and powerful guy with good feet. Mark my words, Vlad will be coming forward just like against Sanders.............and Tony Thompson.

Vlad is not nearly as good a fighter unless he can get his feet set. The shots that Haye walked Valuev in to would have send Vlad to the showers. Especially those that nearly dropped the giant in the 12th frame.

Haye is a concussive puncher but he doesn't have power that would lay you out cold. He landed 10 good punches on Audley, who was basically a punching bag during the fight and didn't throw 1 good punch back at him, and Audley still got back up. Fragomeni, Mormeck all made it to their feet. Ruiz's corner stopped the fight because he took too many punches and Haye couldn't really knock him out in 9 rounds. Barett got off the deck several times and finally the British ref had to push him down to restrain him from getting back up.

In addition to that, Haye hasn't really been hit at HW with the shot opposition he's faced. I think only Monte hit him with anything decent.

It won't take more than 1 or 2 right hands from Wlad to flatten Haye.

    Another great post.

People on this forum are confusing Haye with someone like Chambers, a guy that stood squared up, straight up and down right in front of Wlad.

By the time Vlad has the balls to throw power shots Haye may have already hurt him. Vlads chin is garbage. Either way, Haye is as good a puncher at heavy as anyone. He hurt Barrett every time he touched him. He stopped Ruiz who is not easy to ko, and he hurt Valuev who is a freaking dinosaur.

Haye's chin is far worse. He was badly hurt against Mock and he had to wrestle him to avoid getting KTFO. He was knocked down and hurt by Mormeck. Knocked out by a 40 year old. Even Monte Barrett put him on his ass.

Not that Haye has faced real HWs with good power or even taken a good punch against the shot fighters he has faced so far.

Harrison's money should be withheld. Worst title fight in boxing history?

Yes he was hurt by Mormeck who was a world class fighter. What was the end result? Mormeck's ass getting ko'd.

That 40 year old was a hell of a lot better fighter than ****ing Ross the Boss, and that's a fact. Haye also smashed Barrett to pieces. When was the last time a decent fighter dropped Vlad and he got up to KO him? Half baked guys like Brewster get off the deck to can Vlads ass.

Also, a nearly 40 year old golfer ko'd Vlad.

Puritty for all his boxing limitations has a KO win over Wlad and a draw with prime Tommy Morrison where he knocked down Morrison several times. ****, I'd like to see Haye in the ring with someone as tough as Ross the Boss. Not that there is anyone as tough as Purrity right now.

Thompson was decent when he was younger but nothing more. He was just able to withstand the onslaught. Can you imagine what Brewster would do to Haye once he gets tired?

Brewster was outboxed by Charles Shufford and Cliff Ettiene. He got beaten to bits by Kali Meehan, and given a gift. The White Wolf was ko'd by Briggs and Mo Harris, but he kicked Lamon's ass. Put Brewster in against Haye, and he'd get ko'd.

I wrote an in-depth long ass post about Haye and what his did wrong and other things that ESB couldn't handle. Oh well.
