Pretty disgraceful scenes there, not sure why either man thought it was appropriiate to get involved. To be honest, the way Chisora's behaved all week it was always likely someone was going to react and so I can admonish Haye slightly for that. Plus I think it was a plastic bottle he had in his hand so that obviously wasn't as dangerous. What saddens me is that people seem to think the attention this has caused is positive for the sport as it's finally got it on the back pages. But the problem with boxing for a long time now, and this is why the sport is in decline, is that it seems to always be negative headlines that are being created. Sure, a potential Chisora-Haye fight now looks exciting but don't expect this to push more people into the sport in the longer run- on the contrary, I can only see it driving people away.
Moral of the story: don't **** about with Chisora, as even a bottle won't put the **** down. I honestly hope Del Boy sparks Haye. In the ring of course.
:deal As is Don Charles, didn't think twice about having a scrap with a former world heavyweight champion At most sport / music events drinks are usually served in plastic bottles
Charles is hardcore but he got punched and cut open. Still kept coming though. Good on him. Great TV.
Haye had been provoked all night: 1) First the incident at ringside where Boente tried to get him thrown out 2) Next the cheap shot comments made at press conference towards Haye 3) The fact that Haye agreed to Vitali's terms and then these comments are made further angers him 4) Del Boy took many digs at Haye for no reason it was nothing to do with him, it was between Vitali/Haye 5) Del Boy deserved a beating from Haye bottle or no bottle for opening his loud mouth in the first place 6) Chisora confronted Haye so he asked for trouble 7) Haye was clever enough to make sure he did maximum damage with minimum effort which clearly stopped Chisora in his tracks Haye was probably in the wrong for being there but why shouldn't he be there? It is not as wrong as the comments made towards him. Haye only spoke when he was being degraded. Anyone would speak up for themselves and if you wouldn't then you're either an angel or a *****.
Shut your mouth, you moron. What the **** has racism got to do with it? if ANYONE did that Ice would be saying they were scum. Dereck IS scum. Did Vitali slap anyone, did he spit water in their face, did he beat up a woman, did he provoke a brawl with a former fighter? All of that happened because of Dereck being a dick, nothing to do with his race. The fact that you bring his race up suggests you're the racist here. Funny how often that happens.
Although Laz is ok most of the times I think he has moments now and then I think you should forgive him.

I cant believe that it was allowed to go this far , and what was chisora shouting about his entourage for , my entourage is bigger than yours ! I am not making excuses but if a guy comes walking towards me shouting removing his coat in n aggressive manner then you had better be up for defending yourself , i guarantee chisora was gonna go for Haye and haye hit first not the smartest move maybe but looking at chisoras history maybe haye thought it was . But i do think mr ****** will be looking forward to this fight happening as it definatley has ££££££ ringing out , everyone will be looking out for this bout .
Just watched it again, some things I observed: Haye's glass didn't smash when he punched Chisora, it lands on the ground and if you watch to the right of the screen you can see a photographer kick it back into the crowd, you can hear it getting kicked about for the rest of the raucas. Still a silly move by Haye as the bottle, which was definitely glass, could have caused serious injury. Chisora actually picks a bottle up himself when Haye is fighting with Chisora's coach but its a plastic bottle and upon seeing it cant cause serious damage he pours it over someone's suit and throws it on the floor. Both guys are as guilty as each other for this. Despite what people think and although I agree Haye and Booth were their to cause a scene, Haye actually had the rights to be their being as he was a pundit and had a press pass. Boent brought him into the equation (although we don't know what transpired before the video started rolling) by calling him out on his toe then Chisora started calling him a coward. I noticed all the Promoter, Coaches, Team members and security are giggling to them selves like little kids as it built up instead of trying to defuse the situation so they must take blame as well. David Haye certainly caused the cut on Booth's head when he clocked him with the Tripod. EDIT - Just watched a different video and Haye got involved shouting his mouth of before Boent started ripping him
