It doesn't give boxing a good look. It'd be better if they actually acknowledged the Klitschko-Chisora fight, but a stupid brawl, no I don't consider that an achievement at all.
who doesnt want to watch a brawl!?!? did you turn off your TV when Tyson bit off Holyfield'd ear!???? **** off and watch bowls or something you *** :hi:
We have Jerry Springer for classless brawls. Tyson and Holyfield were world class fighters fighting in the last great HW era. They both proved they could fight. Chisora and Haye are third tier bums who haven't showed anything in the ring. They wouldn't have even been considered tune up fighters in the 90's. I'm not justifying Tyson's behavior but to compare the two incidents is ridiculous. I don't care were they're from either. I just called them regional fighters, which they are. There are plenty of regional fighters in the US as well.
Wait, what channel? :huh I rarely watch the news, but that would be weird to see them mention some obscure British boxers (by mainstream standards...really all boxers are obscure) on like WBZ.
I doubt the general sports fan would bother to do the research. No, it will be "those two dudes who had that fight at the press conference" are getting it on. I'm not saying it's gonna make this a PPV extravaganza, but it will generate some interest.
you may have a different definition of a "region" than me then. Jerry Springer is staged, Haye belting Chisora and busting up Don Charles was not.
