I'd love to watch it on a huge screen in the cinema, I believe if they promoted it right and charged a tenner then they could actually make a lot of cash on it.
I know a girl who works at Cineworld in Glasgow and she told us about this, if all else fails, I'll probably go to this. I've been moaning for ages that cinemas should do this, now that they are, I ought to support it. £13.50 is a bit steep but **** it.
get in there ESB, cheers for the info:good I now got my tickets booked to see this one at the cineworld in Glesga, looking forward to seeing a big fight live on the big screen, a new experience for this old timer pissed off hearing its a 10 rounder though, uncle Frank pulled a fast one there:twisted: but the tickets are booked, so the show must go on...
Just saw that post! Alba, it was a sneaky wee hip flask for me filled with the finest sherry, beer makes me **** like a madman, so I wouldnt have seen much of the fight! I wonder, did anyone else from brit ESB go to see the fight at the movies? I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it on the big screen, & cineworld Glasgow was pretty packed out, Frank must have made a decent wad as I would imagine the english ciemas up & down the country must have drawn the punters in also... most of my fellow jocks were cheering Haye on:-( only about 5 chisora fans there, including me & my buddy! I hope boxnation does this with more of the big fights, to quote Kevin Keegan, I would just love it if Burns vs Mitchell was shown at the cinema:thumbsup
