He'll never lose as long as he continues to fight the Harrisons,Ruizes and the Barretts of the world. He'll never have any credibility outside of England, but it doesn't matter as he'll continue to rack up the pounds. Why the **** not?Nobody proves over and over what a business boxing is more than Haye.

Did he really make the bet, though?

Perhaps he said that he bet on the 3rd round KO as an excuse for the fact that he hasn't knocked out a guy who threw NO punches whatsoever in the 1st. Makes little sense but it sounds terribly like his previous 'joke' that he knocked out Barrett early so that the fans could catch the last bus or something i.e. sounds like Haye's pathetic attempt at humor.

Haye is either full of **** or the dumbest mofo on the planet.

Reminds me of this billionaire investment manager "Galleon" on Wall St. last year. The guy was worth 1 billion. But he took insider trading advice to make some $2 million bucks.

He has $1 billion in the bank but he loved the excitement of making another $2 million with illegal trading tactics. Needless to say the dumb idiot went to jail.

I'm starting to think that both of them had an 'arrangement' suddenly before the fight.

I dont have a problem with it.

After all, its never going to be guaranteed is it?

I know Haye said round three (as did I) but I dont think many people (Haye included) thought Harrison would be that inactive.

I doubt he actually put money on the third round...what he said was he had some family members that did....Its a stupid **** thing to say in a post fight interview but other then that I think its okay.

It certainly comes across that way......a little retirement payoff for Audley and a side bet. It stinks of a fix and the only losers are the public who paid to see it.

Nobody complained when Hasim Rahman bet on himself against Lennox Lewis in the first fight, did they?

Don't blame Haye for changing the fight to KO his opponent at a specific point. Blame his opponent for letting him.

I'm sure Wlad has the ability to KO Chisora at any point during their fight. He won't cos he fights scared, but he has the tools to do it.
