A relatively easy fight against a top ten opponent and then Stiverne might happen but that fight is no push over.

If Haye somehow won the WBC strap Vitali would be called out and hopefully that fight would happen.

My opinion is that Haye shouldn't come back unless he's actually prepared to box every six months and is committed.

I was a real big David Haye, my interest in him has ebbed away a little. Saying that a fully fit, no BS David Haye could still bring a lot to the heavyweight division.

    Haye v stiverne would be a *******.

I used to be a Haye fan but at this point I'm just tired of his shenanigans. I hope he stays retired.

David's journey to super-stardom as a cinema action-hero and the first black 007 must not be going according to plan.

I used to love David Haye around 2005, he was a real star in the making. Now he's just an embarrassment to the sport and himself.

He's overplayed his hand to the point where the things that used to make him ineteresting and exciting have evaporated.

Depends how serious he is. He seems awfully big for his boots. He seems to think he has made it in the HW division, which ofcourse is wrong. If he were to knuckle down, and talk when he has achieved something I would respect him alot more. I like him as a fighter, and the cut was genuine, as was the shoulder, but his record of pulling out of fights does not cover him in glory.

As another poster asked, would a top fighter take the risk of a david haye fight with his injury record? Money talks, but once burnt...

In any other heavy weight era Haye would have been dead and buried by now for his bull****. Today though because of the lack of talent out there Haye will continue to be a fighter of interest to the media and armchair boxing fans. He has just short of a million followers on Twitter.

I would like Haye to fight Vitali as I reckon Vitali is mean and ruthless enough to really smash Haye up. He wouldn't be afraid of Haye's power and would walk right through him.
