Because they think chagaev was a good win. It was decent, but the way he was dominating ruslan, he should have stepped on the gas sooner. Not using your feet against wlad is a bad idea. Whats impressive is the power and speed of a guy as big as wlad. Chageav was being hurt through his guard with the jab. Only one things beats wlad and thats someone who has fast feet who can quickly manouvere in and hit wlad and then move back out again without being peppered with a jab.

definately, one fight on regular sky in september/october then onto PPV. Sky must have made an insane amount of money from the big Hatton fights, the idea of a british HW champ must have got them excited. with all the big fights being in europe and not in the middle of the night they could really milk it.
Haye would actually exist to the wider public when the start sticking him on sky sports news too.

David Haye doesn't deserve a title shot, the Klitscho's are right about telling him to get in line.

I would hate to see Haye on Sky PPV it would be nice if Haye was to say to Sky yes I will sign your deal but dont put me on PPV. Also if they do a deal with Haye more than likely Haymaker fights will move to Sky as well. Would love to see BBC coming in to Haye and backing him he is making the headlines and he would get more viewers on BBC than Sky. I

I think Haye has blown it with the Klits for a while.
I would like to see him fight Arreola.
Should be a walk in the park for him to take out the fat ****.
It would give him the US exposure that apparently he has not got even though he is all the Yank 14yr olds talk about on the main forum.
If he sparks him out with style, which he should then the big US broadcasters will be queing up for him and presure the Klits to fight him.
Its a win win situation for Haye.
Thats if he can get Arreola to agree to fight him which will probably be harder than the actuall fight.

Arreola would knock Haye out. Looks like Vital will fight either Arreola or Haye. Don King will never allow Vitali or Vlad to fight Valouev.

yea but he is the champ and haye was the one that backed out, if the shoe had been on the other foot the Brits would be all over Vlad saying that he was a *****, oh ya and haye beat Monte Barett and the Brits got all hyped up over an average win.

The fact of the matter is that it is universally accepted and aclaimed that Saturday nights fight was Wlads career defining performance...for ****s sake :-(...having said that, it must have been better than his normal fare because I actually managed to stay awake for the full 9.
