Haye: "Date with Vitali to be confirmed"

I think its more Boente than vitali thats Ducking.

 

Because he was losing big. He was also lampooned mercilessly on HBO, but he probably wasn't aware of this at the time

 

Who's fault was it that it took years to make the first bout?

 

Haye didn't expand on that but my best guess is that the option is that his next fight will be organized by K2. That could either be a rematch with Vitali or - more likely IMO - a unification fight with Wlad.

 

I am not even really that big of a Wlad fan that is what is so hilarious about all this. All I am commenting on is Haye's pitiful performance in that fight.

Even sadder is I am a huge Vitali fan and I have no interest watching him fight Haye it will be a boring UD and you would be back on here the next day blaming everyone but Haye.

David Haye is full of ****. The guy is a carnival barker. Maybe Fury or Price will manage to not get KOed this year and you will have someone else to talk about besides Mr. Excitement David Haye.

I think Haye gives Vitali all kinds of trouble in this fight, likely wins here, But to say he isnt exciting your basing this off of fights against 7 foot heavywegihts and a 6'6 Wlad.
would you dare say Evander Holyfield isnt exciting? he basically had to fight the same game plan against Valuev as Haye did, he also had to adjust his style a bit in fights with bigger men such as the 2nd Bowe fight and the 2nd Lewis fight.

Hayes fights with Mormeck and Chisora were awesome I have been bored to death more watching Vitali and Wlad take their saftey first approach against C level fighters than I have with David Haye.

As a fight fan I can understand a fighter changing up his game plan going into specific fights why the hate?

fight having contract on the table just to fight Valuev then he pulled out of signed
contract with Wlad the very next year.

Holyfield actually threw punches against Valuev and his fights with Bowe were epic Haye has never had a fight like that ever. Not sure what the judges were watching in the Holyfield-Valuev fight I gave Holyfield the first 6 rounds I believe and he won at least one more.

Despite Vitali's age you still have to engage with him to even have a shot at beating him Haye is not active enough and I am not sure he can even go 12 fast paces rounds at Heavyweight he seems to just want to pot shot and throw 10 to 12 punches a round. :huh

I just don't think Haye is going to be able to land on 6'7 Vitali he has a very awkward style an Iron Chin, great stamina and punch out put and yes he has lost some power but against Haye that doesn't really matter. Vitali is in position to counter immediately after Haye throws a punch that is something Wlad wasn't able to do. To me even for 'old' Vitali this is an easy fight. Haye isn't an Offensive monster he is a counter puncher he isn't going to go right at Vitali like Sanders did and cause him any trouble.

120-108 Vitali Klitschko in a boring fight that I am sure you will blame it on Vitali for it being that way and ignore Haye's history against bigger fighters.

 

Why is Vitali so quiet. if he doesnt want to fight Haye he should just say so.

Like Haye has done when asked about Price and Fury.

I think Vitali probably wants to hold his title as long as possible until it is stripped off him, his interest seems more in politics.

 

This, and Vitali is also a counter puncher.
Somewhat more offensive than others but two counter punchers aren't the most exciting match up.

But maybe Haye will surprise us.

A Haye that does like running and therefore doesn't have stamina issues could be a monster.
But Haye is a good salesman, I hope his last fight will be exciting.
He got a good mouth for the sport, he gives boxing attention.

 

that is a clear ducking case ... he was negotiating for at least few months,
he agreed verbally to all terms, he got contract on the table with only his
signature being missed ... and suddenly he started negotiating with Valuev
and signed different contract overnight.

If I was Vitaly I would think twice before presenting him contract now
when Haye brings NOTHING to the table. I do not think that Haye still
have much fans in UK to secure decent PPV income .. but if they only
agree to all terms they should fight of course.

The funny thing is I bet Haye would be very happy if the contract have
the rematch clause or he have to fight the other brother again.

 

Oh, Haye will bring in British Domestic PPV money and lots of it. Read this board the Hayelords are back out in full force telling us Haye is going to save the Division and win by KO. It is like the Valuev and Wlad fights never happened.

The Brits believe what Haye sells them and they will buy the fight in huge numbers that has already been proven. After all these are the same people that thought Ricky Hatton was a legit fighter :roflatsch

 

Hatton was a legit fighter ...he was good at world class level just not as good
to compete with the best p4p fighters which AIN'T A SHAME, he was not as skilled
as Floyd or PAC but he was not afraid to bring a fight to them and he paid his price.
Outside the ring he was funny, good guy, with ugly fat looking presence but he was
able to work out very hard and in a few weeks get himself in the proper shape.

Haye is completely opposite in any aspect. He aint a legit fighter ... he ain't proven
to be good at world class level with his opportunistic boxing style while his skills
alone are good enough to be one of the best p4p ... which IS A SHAME. He is
skilled as much as Wald or Vitaly but he is totally afraid of being knocked
THE**** out so he still can talk **** after all these poor fights he have delivered.
Outside the ring he is a mean bully, his is genuinely ripped with a Ken doll like face,
he do not even try to get in a better shape and bring a real fight towards stronger opponent.

I prefer watching 10x Hatton than 1x Haye
