Haye is not interested in fighting Cunningham simply because there is not money enough in such a fight.

It's not worth it, it doesn't make sense for his career right now, he is in the perfect situation to make the jump to HW and Cunningham is a fight he may lose.

He can make a lot more against Rahman in a much easier bout, which will put him in the position he wants, to challenge the HW champs.

Cunningham won a belt that was wrongly stripped from Bell..it was a paper vacant title he won.

It was a long time ago that Haye lost, he is a hell of a different fighter now.

As for a Cunningham fight making more money than Haye's next heavy fight..what are you smoking?! Haye was going to fight Rahman before the Macca fight came up and he has already stated that he won't take any tune ups so I fail to see where you base that on. Haye against any top 20 heavy sells more than Haye / Cunnignham.

Number 1, why do you feel the title was wrongfully stripped? Number 2, Cunningham neve won a vacant title.

cunningham v wlodarcyzk went to purse bids.

from memory a polish promoter won the purse bids paying cunningham just £25k
    before taxes/deductions etc etc.

its a shame , he is worth more than that and team cunningham have simply not put up the money to back there man whihc is why cunningham has fought in poland 2 times and germany once as of late because fighting in europe brings him better purses.

with cunningham calling haye out though it would be up to team cunningham to put up the money.

in the past , precedent shows that team cunnigham simply are not willing or unable to.

not his fault, he is a good fighter , but pro boxers are not going to take a huge paycut to help out another fighter who wants a piece of the pie.

Yes, and he lost. The loss made Wldarcyzk the IBF champ. Cunningham beat him in a rematch to become the new IBF champ.

True, he LOST the vacant title fight!

It doesn't change the fact that the title has no lineage. It was stripped from Bell because Don King wanted to keep a hold of it.

The lineage of the title was with the Mormeck / Bell winner and has since passed onto Haye. It's simple to follow. Cunninghams title has no lineage so it is a paper title.

If Cunningham wants to be a proper champion he needs to start unifying, which he should be able to do now that Haye has moved up.

There is an esay solution to the "undisputed" issue: does anyone dispute that Haye is the best boxer at CW?

Belts are utterly worthless. The IBF has been washed around in the toilet almost as much as the WBC, WBA, WBO, WBU and of course the prestigious IBA. Remember 1999? The IBF was nearly wiped out by a corruption scandal.

All a title belt means in this day and age is that a fight goes 12 rounds. If you rely on belts to tell you who the champion at a division is, then start learning more about boxing.

Also, Wlad is the undisputed champion at heavyweight until proven otherwise. Thus, Wlad is the beginning of linearity until someone seriously disputes his claim to this championship in this thread.
