    Haye Fans:
If two years ago when Haye started all his trash talking, confronting Wlad in public, etc... I said: "In a couple years from now Haye still won't have fought Wladimir or Vitali. And Wladimir will have even publicly called out Haye in a video, and received no response from Haye, other than that he was "tired", and setting up a possible fight with Audley Harrison (boxrec #43)"

What would you have said? That I was absolutely crazy? No way possible?, etc...

Just something to think about . . .

I'm disappointed that Haye hasn't stepped up, as I'd like to see the fight. Are Haye fans also feeling this same way, or do you give him a "pass" for whatever reason?

I'm a haye fan, I'm dissapointed then he hasn't fought Wladimir yet, it would be a good fight, and it could really go either way. If he doesn't fight him, he'll be remembered as the guy that ducked the klitschkos.. :-(

I gave him him a pass as long as he does fight him, as i would like to see him fight vitali first as it would make the haye vs wlad a mega fight which non boxing fans would know about.

But with that you are automatically assuming Haye beats Vitali.
Because if Vitali beats Haye, I see no incentive for Wladimir to fight Haye himself.

Option 2 on the poll sums up my thoughts on haye quite well.

I DO like haye. its CLEAR that hes suceeded in bringing excitement to the heavyweight division, simply coz of the excitement around a potential haye vs wlad fight! SO MANY PEOPLE want to see this fight! Now with all the trash talking hes done (some of which i found quite funny) he HAS to fight wladimir. I gave him a pass a year ago, i gave him a pass when he fought valuev over vitali (made perfect sense) but if he ducks them NOW that will be UNACCEPTABLE.

He has a belt, has his mandatory out the way, he HAS to fight either klit now, or at least make a clear visible attempt to! I honestly didnt think hed duck the klits as blaitantly as it SEEMS at the moment. time will tell you never know he might yet step up, but at this point it seems i was wrong about him!

  6. I'm not a huge Haye fan but I definitely enjoy watching his fights and consider him one of the most exciting fighters around, and probably my favorite current HW.

That said - stop being a ****ing ***** and fight the Klitschkos. *****.

I don't know what to think about this. Haye called out Waldimir then Wladimir calls out Haye and Haye refuses. It makes David look bad. I'm guessing Haye is trying to get at least one easy payday in by the all British showdown with Harrison before he takes on either of the Klitschkos.

True. But then at least the klits will hold all the titles between them no don king and co holding up titles. To be a champion u have to beat a klit.

I was a Haye fan until he started ducking the Klitschko brothers, particularly young Klitschko. I was a serious fan while he was talking the trash because, unfortunately, I believed him. I thought he actually wanted to prove himself against the best in the world. I was wrong, so very wrong. Now, I would love to see him stretched out.

I voted option 2 but begrudgingly so.
I have to agree with it right now if what we hear is true.
On the other hand i believe we are yet to be vindicated.
Vitali has just won his fight and can now sit down and strike a deal. Even though Wlad called Haye out in that comedy video, i feel he still had negotional issues with Povetkin.
In the next few weeks i feel that everyone will step u to the proverbial plate and Haye v a Klitschko will be done.
Be it Vitali or Wladimir, something will happen. Either fight has now been promoted appropriatlely so and the time is right.
I have faith in Haye. He can still lose and fight the other and eventhough there may be complaints, the argument will be irrelevant as it will still be the next biggest fight out there in the heavies.
Of course Haye will "negotiate" other fights just incase....that is what he has to do until K2 present an appropriate contract to a world champion and the biggest draw in the Heavyweight division. Through all his trash talk and his performances, Haye has done things the right way for him to get what he deserves out of a fight with either K'bro, unlike the initial offer of just british TV money....which Haye did actually sign and was correct to withdraw from when Sultana went down.
Haye will do what he said he would and no-one can blame him for doing otherwise in slef-interest when he has got to where he is. He will not hang around, yet he will not be played a fool.

I am a Haye fan and i do honestly believe that he can and will beat both Klitschko's. Forgetting all this, these two fights have to happen as i am a boxing fan. In the same way that Pac-Floyd will happen, Haye will fight the Klitschko's as it is demanded. Will everyone just stop worrying and crying if other fights happen along the way! It's more boxing for us to watch and more crap for us to talk about.....isn't that why we are here?!?!?!

    Anyway, im cained.

    Floyd KO Pac within 7.

I'm a big Haye fan as I've followed him throughout his career and have met him multiple times and I genuinly like the guy.

He exploded into the heavyweight scene with his trash talking and so on. I completely understand why he has got some heavyweight fights under his belt so he can settle at the weight. However now he needs to step up to the plate, he should face one of the brothers next otherwise there is nothing I can say to defend the guy and I will be truly gutted from a fans point of view.

Wladimir's call out was brilliant by the way, this is what boxing needs, so come on David step up to the plate.

That was then, this is now. Things have changed. Is David Haye talking any trash since Wlad called him out, no nothing. I blaim Don King for the fight not happening yet. Coincidence, Monte Barrett, Nicolay Valuev, John Ruiz all King fighters? No

I can't believe the Klitschko's are still dwelling on something from 2 years ago!!

I'm no Haye fan (obviously) but I want to see the poll results.
There should have been a 3rd option, so others can see it without tainting the result.
