Nah i think its about right for this fight, maybe he taking precautions aswell, regarding injuries cuts etc. i think this time he really wants this and he will come through with a tko stoppage G
aparently he broke his hand on hayes granite chin..it was the only punch he landed in 2 days of sparring
Apparently Haye dropped 2 of his sparring partners... David Price was very impressed and said Haye was very hard to hit and that he is the best he has sparred (Price has also sparred with the likes of Solis) so I think he is ready... worst thing Haye could do is over train and leave his best in the gym
No he didnt. he had haye sip water from his bottle just before he stood on the scale to show mac how inshape he was. Haye fought bonin at heavyweight before mac and after THAT fight he said he thought it was going to be impossible to boil down to crusier..
Wrong.... haye fought Mormeck before Enzo and said after the Mormeck fight that he was struggleing to make weight (which he was for the Mormeck fight as it is common knowledge he had to lose 10lbs in a week for that fight). He got himself into great shape for the Enzo fight and turned up to the weigh in drinking a bottle of orange juice before he was weighed
No... It really won't. Not many people even care about Boxing. Football is king here. Besides, as you have more than likely seen from your time on these forums, there are a fair amount of people that think Haye is going to lose anyway. You need to stop this **** and stop being so obsessed.
Maybe HAye has already the plan to pull out again or fake an injury in the fight or provoke a DQ or TD.
"If he tries to grab me I've got something up my sleeve to surprise him" - I'm a bit worried about this line. Remember Eddie Chambers picking Wlad up and dropping him on the floor with a move from WWE? I hope Haye isn't thinking in that direction. That could seriously ruin our night, I mean imagine if they fall and one of them is injured, a broken ankle for example or a broken arm - what's then? We are left with an NC, everyone is pissed, two years of anticipation and build up are being flushed down the toilet.
But Haye doesnt run or do any road work...he said this in a video last year...says he trains for 12 hard rounds but said you dont have to run miles n miles doing roadwork because you dont do that in a real boxing match so as long as your fit to fight for 12hard rounds it dont matter. Yes I too was suprised to hear this as roadwork is part of many a boxers training regime.
Or get injured in sparring. I think he got an injury during a sparring session for the Ruiz bout. I guess they wanted to avoid a similar injury this time around.
the guy hes running with is well known British sprinter. in all likelihood he was nt doing "road work" here. Also I know Prince Hamed didnt do road work either. Just sparred, hit the bags and did his conditioning in the boxing gym.
