How many do you think Haye Fury will do? By the time Sky have promoted this to death and with both being well known to the majority and able to sell it, I'd imagine it'll do very well.

What did Haye/Wlad get? Any chance this will compare?

And before anyone starts on this shouldn't be PPV, I know. I'm not saying fight wise it'll be top quality but I do think people, including casual fans, will buy it.

Will do more than Haye/Wlad imo.

Wouldn't be surprised to see it do close to a million.

Fair enough, must have looked at the wrong figures!

Would expect it to exceed the Wlad fight for sure.

Haye vs Wlad did over a million. Think it even broke the UK record. I'd have a guess this fight will do around 900k.

It will be in the UK, so it will air at a viewer friendly time. The pubs will show it. The people will lap up the **** talking. Alot of people actually know of Fury through C5.

I expect it to do between 500 and a million. You can tell nearer the time. People do what the media tell them to. If Sky market it hard and the papers buy into it then the people will definitely put it on their to do list.

I don't want to buy it but I've already had 2 mates say they want to come round and order it.

This will smash the Klit figures, rightly or wrongly.

  10. I thought sky didn't announce the figures on box office or is that just a recent thing

For anyone thinking this beats wlad haye (which it could do) just remember how big the fight was at the time.it was massive second only to hatton mayweather in recent times domestically

Do they factor in pubs in a slightly different way?

Haye announced it at the Chisora press confrence.

Agree with you though, Wlad was a much bigger fight, had years of anticipation.

Just checking you mean a million buys as opposed to a million pounds worth of buys ?

If you think about logically its very difficult to believe that Haye Wlad could have done anything like that number, big prem games on sky on get a couple of million viewers so I can't believe that a boxing match where you have to pay £15 could get close.

On top of that Mayweathers numbers in a country with 5 times as many people are only slightly higher.

Hatton floyd holds the record at 1.3 million buys I believe which is mind boggling

Doubt haye wlad got close to that but I don't actually know
