    On Dave!!

Thats pretty impressive for a guy who hasnt fought in 3 years, with a no name opponent, with no real undercard of note.

They are CRAZY numbers for a comparatively small island like the UK. British boxing always has that crossover potential when the fans have a legitimate contender to get behind. But 3 million people is staggering really.

Must be quite the shock for the executives at Dave.

It certainly beats never ending re-runs of Top Gear and Last of the Summer wine!

All things considered, it seems that it was a gamble (for all parties involved) that paid off. Good for the sport in the UK too. Would be nice to think that with Fury as the legit HW champ, Joshua on the up, Haye on the comeback trail, as well as all the other titlists that we have produced in recent times that boxing could return to it's late 80's/early 90's British heyday...we can but hope/dream!

Pretty impressive, can you imagine the numbers Hearn could get with Haye Vs. Joshua. Now man up Eddie and put your glass jawed roid headed beast in the ring with The Hayemaker.:deal

That's great, now he'll have many reasons options because the wallets will be wide open for him

Joshua has a better chin than Haye. White would've dropped Haye. He hits harder than Haye too.

People act like Haye would get in the ring with Joshua when he hasn't fought anyone in years. UK Andre Ward.

What definitive evidence do you have of either?

I imagine that Joshua will go down the IBF route and Haye will go for Chagaev's WBA regular title and they will try to have some inferior "unification" fight.

Well that would make two glass jawed, roided beasts in the ring at the same time.

Very impressive viewing figures for Haye especially considering his time out and the level of opponent he was facing. It's pretty clear he's still a draw, if he is managed well to another title shot or even wins a title his money problems will soon disappear. An eventual fight with Fury or AJ later down the line could both earn him millions.
