I think that its Haye that can win but its also Haye that can lose. meaning Haye must fight smart. I think the stamina is the 1 area that might bite Haye in the ass. Like I said:
- Extra weight at HW
- Inactivity
- Wrestling with a 350ib 7'3" guy
- Throwing those Hayemakers UP HIGH at a 7'3" guy

He must pace himself. Barrett almost fell over on his own in his fight with Valuev. I see Haye doing the same thing if not careful
