I wonder if Audley had a little wager on getting kayoed in the 3rd?

Yes defiently. If you watch a slow version of the onslaught of puches that put Audley down very few actually landed and his chin is not actually that bad. He dived.

Since the fight was announced the odds on Haye were consistently 1/8. On Saturday morning they'd lengthened to 1/6, which was what I put a few quid on (It was hardly gamble of the century, but still better interest than a bank). Not a massive shift, but enough to show that wherever the money was going, it wasn't on Haye.

...I do think it hurts the integrity of the sport by betting on your own fights...

At best, Haye's comments just showed him up to be a disrespectful loud mouth.

Even guys like Floyd can manage to show a bit of dignity toward their opponent post fight.

    It's against the rules.

Rules to stop collusion and match fixing.

I watched that interview this morning on the bbc show breakfast and he was saying (not exact words but along these lines) "it's not as if went into a bookies and bet 200k on myself for round 3". He also said he didn't bet on himself and that he just told alot of friends and family to.

So... you're not telling the full truth there.
