And has since faked an injury to back out of a fight. Would not fight Vitali and would not fight Wlad a second time either. The guy is a Glass Jawed fraud.

    Adam...... CAROLLA! :good

Haye's only scared he won't get paid what a champ deserves. The Kilts are horrific negotiators, that's just fact. They got used to pushing around bums who come to lose and cash a check.

That being said, I think Haye refused the last round of negotiations purely cos he wants Vitali first and the Klits know VK will lose Valuev style.

Just because a man doesn't want to sell himself short doesn't mean he's scared. The klits are known for offering wacky contracts. Haye is trying to prove that he is a sound buisiness man and that he is a draw. He is trying to improve his position at the negotiation table. It's a pain in the ass as a boxing fan beacause all we want to see is a good scrap but as a man I understand and respect what he's doing.

Improve it how? Does he get another belt fighting Audley? The only way he improves his position with Wlad is by getting Vitali's belt.

Drawing numbers in a UK only PPV doesn't improve anything beyond his bank account.

All that Haye getting in Klitschko's face back then proves is that baack then Haye wasn't scared of getting his ass beat. Now though he doesn't seem so keen on getting in Wladimir's face. Hell, look how long it took him to even reply to Wladimir's message that he put out on Youtube calling him a *****. But Haye getting up in his face back then truly just has to justify his choice in fighting Fraudley. Why would he need to fight Klitschko right? He already has stood up to him, so everyone knows he isn't scared of him. Great analogy.

I agree with everyone else except you OP... I think he knew that Wlad was not going to be someone who would start throwing blows outside of the ring and that's why he did what he did. It was pathetic back then and even more pathetic today, knowing what we know...
