He did do well, I know people are going to say it's all an act, Hayes a **** blah blah blah but he was in there 3 weeks on shitty rations and never once acted the ****. Decently bloke, and a good laugh is the hayemaker, i'd rather have a drinks with him than people who come up with silly names for boxers on the Internet
Haye is special, i enjoyed him being on my tele, he needs to chat up the pussycatdoll. Shes so freking sexyyy. I liked seeing him with his mom at the end. He is a gentlemen
Haye could do an X rated video with the pussycat doll. Brazzers would release it, and the "bushtucker trials" would be a lot more interesting. That'd make millions
Spending 3 weeks in that scenario means everyone will revert to type at some stage. In fairness .. Haye showed what a great character he is throughout. He's a clever bugger really and knows how to hype fights to benefit himself, he's basically made millions without really getting hurt. He's had a good career, still is box office and still looks great and being ready for a future in acting ... the guy knows what hes doing.
Haye's a very clever guy but that only makes some of his antics towards guys like Audley and Wladimir more disappointing. He does know better.
Always been a fan of the hayemaker, if you read his autobiography you'll see he is a decent guy, more to him than you see on TV. Unfortunately people get caught up in the pre fight hype and forget that it's all for the cameras
I'd agree with all said here. Nice & articulate guy, best advert for British boxing they could've had in there. Hope he has the two more fights he spoke of.
I've liked him ever since I read his book by Elliot Worsell. People need to distinguish between **** talking to hype a fight and a guy's real personality.
He may be a "top bloke", but he is a bogus fighter who has consistently oversold some of his fights and pulled the wool over the eyes of the casual's who pay money buying into his hype. Real boxing fans don't like him as a fighter for a reason. I've no real interest in fighters who are smart blokes who make loads of money without taking any risks, he is not a fighter to give the fans what they want. He could also easily make cruiserweight aswell, he never had to move up to heavyweight. Hearing him shite talk about being a hollywood star "who used to do a bit of boxing" shows that he doesn't really have alot of love for the game deep down either. Its a money making exercise, a vehicle to take him to something he perceives as better.
