It all happened lastyear well december 2010, but this day and age any sort of criminal record especially your average joe, you or not getting into the states.
Sometimes honesty is NOT the best policy. I don't think US border have access to UK police database. Unless you are on a serious threat list (terrorism, organized crime) they probably have no way of knowing.
More than likely mate your best bet is to not declare it and get an esta i think they are called before you go and majority of the time they won't check, your best asking doyley on here he advised me what to do. This day an age they are very strict with any convictions, i reckon it's worth the risk to not declare it, but it's your call, majority of people i have spoke to in similar circumstanses have been refused a visa, also depends when it was.
yes they do have access and many a person has been sent home only after they reach the destination airport ever heard of puters ?
Do they send you back on a plane you have to pay for, or do they just get you out of there asap i wonder?
You don't have to pay for the flight back, but sitting in that waiting room for up to 18 hours is totally ****. Thankfully, I am clean as a whistle, but I know many who aren't.
Until Haye showed Chisora his left and right hand...right in his jaw. Shows up, swigging a bottle, catches Chisora with a sweet combo, gives Charles a dig for good measure and ****s off to go to Vegas. Pretty cool if you ask me.
