Haye has really let himself down with his big mouth. Fair enough he did a good job of selling the fight. But did he really think he would be able to win on the back foot like that?

If it wasn't for all the hype, I would give Haye credit for a good effort. Fair enough he got tagged by Wlad's jab all night, but he was never really in trouble and easily went the distance with the heavyweight champ. His face was barely marked at the end. Haye was in great condition and could probably have done another 12 rounds. But he fought a super negative fight and just handed most of the rounds to Klitschko by default.

Now you'll see the other side of the British psyche, when it comes to our fighters there's nothing we hate more than a big mouth who doesn't back it up. He would have got more credit for taking some big risks even if he ended up going out on his shield. Haye should eat his humble pie, if he really wants respect he'll have to stop taking shortcuts and pay his dues as a fighter. The man is 30 years old and has only had 25 fights, yet he thinks he needs to retire now so he doesnt end up like Ali?

As for Wlad he proved last nite he's a better fighter than a lot of ppl gave him credit for. But I think they'll look back on his career and say only that he was the best heavyweight of a bad era, nothing more than that.

Lennox Lewis would have stopped Wlad like he did his brother. The guy just does not like getting hit around the head, every time he does he gets that stupid look on his face like a little child.

I just don't care anymore. There's nothing more to say about the fight, and he's not getting a rematch. He's ****ed himself over.

I won't watch it even if it's free and I have nothing else to do.

He should fight a top 10 guy, then a top 10 guy, then fight for the vacant WBC after VK goes, then unify them all with Wlad in a rematch.

Haye did a lot better than I, and many others, expected so I wouldn't mind a rematch if it were earned.

As it stands now, I don't think ANY casual fans would want a rematch - if he fights in the mean time and builds his rep up and lets time heal the bitter aftertaste then i'm sure the rematch would be welcomed.

As ive said in a different thread, dont come up with the toe excuse and not demand a rematch, fair game if Haye wants a rematch the least Wlad should do is give him one.

There should be a rematch. Haye is amaziny tallented and if 100% fit, he would destroy Wladimikr in two rounds

Absolutely not. Vitali hasn't lost a round for ages. He's an iron chin and will try to punish Haye. The easier fight is Wlad even if Vitali is older and not in his prime anymore...
