Haye has walked from two negotiations. Even if Haye signs a contract it doesn't mean he will show up. Even if he shows up it doesn't mean he will fight. Been there done that.

Vitali is also a promoter. People forget that. He already backed one show with Haye where Haye didn't live up to his part of the bargain. Will the promotional side want to do this fight? Millions at stake on someone as flaky as David Haye has proven? Remember David's delayed ring walk for 'psych' purposes. (What a failure atsch ) What if he decides his next tactic is to feign a few injuries to delay the show and hopefully throw Vitali's training schedule off? This is far from about being only about two guys in the ring. It is about a promoter trusting that the guy he signs shows up and does his job. Haye has proven he doesn't fill the bill here. If I were Vitali I wouldn't sign this fight unless Haye posts a bond.
