In Germany? They'd only boo if Haye boxed dirty which he won't. They'd never dare to boo Wlad. They'd rarely if ever boo before the end of a fight at all.

The German boxing crowd is too well educated to be booing. The typical paying boxing fan there is 40+ years old, master's degree, steel-rimmed glasses, dressed in a Strellson suit, sipping Gewürztraminer with their MILF wifes and occasionally putting their glass down to applaud one of Wlad's jabs.

Yea fight week will be something else

I think he'll take a couple of rounds to stay out of range, to see exactly where and at what time he can get inside Wlad's reach, then at the right time he'll suddenly lunge inside and explode with a swarming attack of hooks with both hands, back and forth, trying to land something big before Wlad knows what to do.

If this don't work, hopefully he'll survive the failed attempt to try again.

That is about his only hope, as I see it.

 

Pot shotting is boring. Jab & grabbing is boring.

The only one who can make this fight exciting is Haye - if he goes right after Wlad.

This fight will probably be awful.

 

Staying on the outside will be a certain loss for Haye. He knows that. He can't compete with Wlad's skill and reach, when it comes to scoring.

His only hope is to take a risk and lunge inside at Wlad's most vulnerable time, as when he's extended from just missing a right hand, then get all over him with hooks from hell, with both hands, till one lands..........then stay on him once he's hurt.

Risky, but at least with that gameplan, Haye has a chance to win.

Running will be a certain loss for Haye, so I don't think we'll see very many running rounds from Haye........two or three, then things will heat up, as Haye starts to attempt his swarming attack.

 

I have a sneaking feeling Haye might go right after Wlad and jump on him at the opening bell.

If they start feeling each other out we could be in for an all time stinker.atsch

 

Unfortunatly I can't see that happening and as time passes I can't help but lean to the stinker.

Both will keep out of range, Wlad coming forward but slow and precise, Haye backing up, slow and precise. When either guy gets close the other will hold. Everything is pointing towards Wlad UD or late ko with everything preceding being a snooze fest, god I hope I'm wrong.

 

Of course, this is really what the ENTIRE gameplan is going to be...

Come on, guys...
