Actually Wlad stopped negotiations because his mandatory defence with Povetkin.

They can still make the fight, after Povetkin match

Lets put the bickering aside, lets take a look...
On one side of the scale is a fight with someone who isn't even a fringe contender, an Olympic medalist who has so far been a career disappointment and a guy as old as Vitali(who most people consider OLD) for a couple of Euro(maybe a good chunk of change) and basically local exposure.

On the other side of the scale is a fight for basically all but 1 HW belt against the consensus best HW, career defining fight, world wide exposure and recognition, millions of people waiting for this fight to happen (waiting to lavish the winner with praise) and gobs of money.

Which part of this scenario is not a no-brainer?

Didn’t Booth say that they were negotiating with Wladimir, but there wasnt enough time to work deal out because of the IBF deadline.

How much time does Haye need? One year, two?

50:50 no options. It take a half minute to sign the contract.

What good is fighting all these cans for anyway: Wlad, Vitali, and Harrison? It proves nothing, we all know they are no match for Haye, who is on another plane of existence now...

Come November when Haye has had proper time to rest and care for his family, he will enter a sold out Wembley Stadium to do battle with the only fighter worthy..himself. Haye will put on a dazzling display of exciting charisma, power, athleticism, and hand speed absent from the division, at last earning recognition as the greatest heavyweight since Lennox Lewis died of old age 2 weeks prior to his fight with Vitali.

    Not really accurate.

Wlad was given a deadline until which him and Haye must announce a positive end to their negotiations. If a deal couldn't be made within the IBF deadline then the IBF assumes no deal could be found and Wlad has to negotiate (or goto purse bid) with Povetkin.

It's not like Wlad "stopped" negotiations just because he wasn't interested in Haye. Quite to the contrary. The entire schedule of negotiations was known beforehand and didn't come as a surprise neither to Wlad nor to Haye's team. Haye's team simply wasn't ready or interested enough to act during the given time window.

This happens with you deal with an amateurish one-man management outfit like Adam Booth. Remember Bernd Bönte from K2 said multiple times that Adam Booth is the most unreliable, amateurish and ridiculous wanna-be businessman he has ever had the pleasure to deal with. The guy would simply refuse to answer the phone all of a sudden or not listen to his voice mail for a full week.

I get the impression that Booth is about as good at being a pro fighter's manager as that little fat buddy of Arreola's is at being a pro fighter's trainer.

I wonder how many of these comedic statements and decisions Haye has made in the last year or so were actually Haye's or Booth's.

Not when it's WALDO he isn't. This is the same guy that tried to feed everyone a bunch of bull**** about being poisoned when Brewster shattered his glass, he's hardly a reliable and balanced source now is he

If Haye does step into the ring with Harrison then I'll be utterly disgusted, but no more disgusted than I was when WALDO fought Rahman and his fans were on here gushing about what a great performance it was. Same goes for the Iggy fight.

Wlad never claimed he was poisoned dip**** or at least never made such an accusation public.

So I was dominating all those rounds and things were going good, but after the second round, I couldn’t describe it, but I kinda…I kinda lost my power and I kinda slowed down and all became gloomy. I was actually fighting with myself to move around the ring instead of fighting my opponent.

I can’t describe it. I went to the hospital after the first fight. And the doctor said that I am diabetic. And (there was) too much sugar in my blood and I almost felt the sugar coma which wasn’t the good news for me. So I checked myself. I don’t have any illnesses. I don’t have diabetes. I am a healthy person and I am as clean as a whistle. So I can continue my sports courage. That’s the most important question for me.

I also want to give you commands on some conspiracies regarding poisoning stuff. And I said it in the news conference before the (second) fight with Brewster that after the fight as well, I never ever blamed anyone doing this. Or I never said to myself that somebody poisoned me. I never did. Because I don’t have any facts. So I was quiet. But I know the media should speak about it. And also certain things which were going on regarding conflicts, Vitali’s fight, his eyes and stuff. But personally, I never blamed anyone, especially Lamon Brewster regarding his win. I actually met Lamon Brewster four weeks later in Los Angeles in a restaurant where I congratulated him on his win. So it was never a complaint in my sight.

    Oh **** you're a complete berk.

I watched that fight and there was nothing wrong with WALDO until that big combination landed, his glass got shattered and he went on ***** St until he was rightly stopped.

That absolute bull**** from old glass jaw needs to be thrown in the toilet, he was fine after 2 rounds, fine after 3 rounds and fine after 4 rounds so this bollocks about him being unwell after 2 rounds just needs to stop. Or at least explain his miraculous recovery from diabetes :rofl:rofl:rofl

Diabetes my ****ing arse, he got clumped on the chin and stopped, simple as that. All the excuses since then are just ****ing bull****, as has been proven by WALDOS multiple knock-downs from scrubs. Diabetes....give me a ****ing break.

It explicitly states that he did not have diabetes and does not accuse anybody of poisoning him. WTF are you talking about?!?! And rewatch the fight, when he came out in the final round he was barely moving around, and that was before he got clocked.

Nice job ass, you probably should have read the whole thing.

Your tireless campaign against all things Wlad is amusing...tell me...are you jealous of him...or the women? Its ok, there are certainly many gay men that would love to be in that blonde's bikini right than. Who knows, one day you can walk by him, wiggle your iittle ass...maybe make him a little curious, I don't know, you can always hope.
