As far as i remember Ruiz lost to valuev.. TWICE! :hi: Also Enzo was a good boxer until Haye smashed his brain through the back of his head... he is a bum now though!
Ok he fought like a punk? let me ask you this, do you think any boxer, boxing trainer, or casual boxing fan would say haye lacked boxing skill, savvy, intelligence or world class ability based on his performace? No why? because what Haye did is EXACTLY what every boxer would do against Valuev if they wanted to win, and its EXACTLY what every trainer would tell you to do.
To be fair you said Valuev would KO Haye so I won't go and put the farm on that one just yet. :nut You'll see a good fight though, I think. Ruiz is going to have to neutralize Haye's speed by being aggressive, and Haye is going to be in position to let his hands go a lot more often as he's on a level footing physically.
I'll put myself on the line now and say Haye will retire Ruiz! He will smash him up in 8 rounds and make him look like an old man :bbb
Haye would've been stupid to go in guns blazing against valuev and put himself in the position of gassing late. It was boring, but i dont blame him for it. He did what he needed to do.
A bit boring. I overestimated Haye. I'm disappointed with his performance. I did not expected him to KO val but i was hoping. val is likewise boring. He actually has no skills. He is just ****in' big!
LOL come ON now! why do you talk like you've never seen Haye before? 2009 11-07 -- This content is protected , TBA, Germany, ??? Im not a haye fan. Im not really fan of any particular fighter in the HW division. But its completely unfair to label him boring based off of this performance. Here's a guy who's stopped damn near everybody he's fought, then you put him in there with a guy who's a foot taller and 100lbs heavier. How to do you expect him to look? He would be able to fight is style much more effectively against someone closer to his size.
