Haye is not even a real champion. He did not beat Valuev.

Same dumb **** from the Haye fan club all the time, unsubstantiated generalities and name calling. I just spelled it out for you nice and simple round by round and I was more than honest giving Haye the benefit of every doubt, and the best you can eke out for him, pushing it to the max, would be a draw.

Tell me which round I'm wrong about. But they can't do that. All they can do is stupid **** like this.

Plus Valuev wasn't a real champion either. Chagaev beat him and the Doctor K easily beat Chagaev.

Haye is a phony and this upcoming fight is a total hype job and mismatch and the Haye fan club here is as phony as he is.

Haye beat Valuev but Holyfield beats him too. Holyfield did not get the decision. Haye got it because he sign with Sauerland. Just simple.

I've always thought it was fixed as well.

I watched it seeing both guys for the first time and didn't care who won.

I felt sorry for Valuev by midway because he was desperately trying to make it a fight and Haye was running scared.

When they announced the winner I fell out of my chair in disgust.

    Holy beat him, also.

I don't know anyone except British fans and the judges who scored it for Haye.

It was the biggest robbery I think I've seen...well, except the Holyfield loss to Valuev...in my entire 20 years as a boxing fan.

Valuev was not healthy for that fight and he has been undergoing various operations since then. Unfortunately this is probably related to his gigantism. This is probably one of the main reasons that the boxing mobsters and fixers (read Don King etc.) fixed it for Haye to win.

Even the biased pro-Haye British tv announcers had Valuev ahead and were shocked at the decision.

The only ones who weren't surprised were Haye, who couldn't restrain himself from celebrating even before the so-called judges made their decision, and Valuev and his corner. I believe that what they did was tell Haye and Valuev that if Haye could just manage to avoid getting knocked out he would get the decision.

Haven't seen the fight since watching it a couple of times at the time, but definitely remember that my opinion was that Haye won. Yes, it was a crap fight but Valuev landed practically nothing the whole fight. You could argue that he was the aggressor, if your interpretation of agressive is plodding forwards, but in my eyes even if Haye landed only a couple of clean punches in a round, it was more than Valuev landed and hence you have to give the rounds to Haye. Will try to watch it again shortly to give a more detailed opinion.

Noone wants to debate this fight because it was boring as sin. Really, of all the controversial fights recently you choose this one? And you watched it all the way through to score it? Why would anyone do that?

Everyone knows the linearity ended with lewis. This fight just determines the top ranked heavyweight, the winner would still have to beat vitali if they wanted to be the champion.
