There will always be drug testing, but, boxers will always find ways to beat it.

That's call inverse psychology the ones who use roids and drugs are the first to yell TESTING because stupid and ******ed people subconsciously begin to think this way: "OK this fighters are trying to clean the sport if they are calling for testings it's obvious they are clean and aren't using prohibited substances" <--- that is the lame and ******ed way of thinking for the 90% of people in this forum I believe. Dont you see this is a nice way to confuse you? Ward, Haye, Mayweather are roids users and they call for testings then nobody will suspect.

    There already is testing.

You think that everyone is going to agree to about $20,000 worth of drug testing fees for every fight? You do realize that over 99% of the boxers in the world don't even come close to making that much for a fight right? So, are we only worried about cleaning up the boxing matches for the top .001% of the sport? Screw all of the other boxers who risk their lives in the ring just the same and make much less money?

This **** doesn't even make sense. Let alone the fact of that matter is that even random Olympic style drug testing is extremely easy to beat. The same wealthy guys who are the only one's who would be tested can easily use new designer PED's that aren't even detected yet... let alone that even HGH still isn't consistently detected during tests, even though they always claim to have solved or being closed to solving that problem.

    In other words... it's pointless.

I don't think the commission sets a fee for over weight limit so that point is strictly negotiable. Two things on that though. Manny was still 'easing' his way to the weight and had great success making Cotto drop extra weight AND Floyd missed weight in his previous fight. In Manny's mind those extra pounds meant a lot. But yeah, it was pretty far fetched.
