I disagree. The most obvious gameplan is to repeat what he did against Valuev but I don't think it's the best. If Haye tries to do to Wlad what he did to Valuev I think he gets jabbed to death.

I think Haye can only win by stoppage. The more Haye tries to box on the backfoot the more punches he will take from Wlad and the weaker he will become.

Haye has terrible stamina but I think he should throw caution to the wind and attack like crazy from the first bell. If he can't KO Wlad within about five rounds I think it's too late for him because his gas tank will be running empty. If so, he can just hit the canvas the first time Wlad lands a big punch and stay there. No point getting pizza-faced.

I really think that is Haye's best gameplan. I might be wrong and maybe he can outbox Wlad tentatively but given how bad Haye looked against Valuev, and how much better Wlad is to Valuev...I just don't see the 'obvious' gameplan working.

I give him his dues for giving us the fight we wanted. Win or lose! Has long as it's not embarrassing. Hope he claps the Ukrainian. But it's a big ask.

I don't see it working either but that is 100% the gameplan that they will use.

I agree that Haye needs to be ultra aggressive. When he throws his shots, Wlad will step back out of range. If Haye is just interested in the odd potshot or 1-2, I don't think he would be able to catch Wlad because Wlad instantly moves back once an attack comes to maintain range and avoid the shot. What Haye needs to do imo, is throw the 1-2, then when Wlad takes that backwards step to get out of range, KEEP PUNCHING AND MOVING FORWARD. I'm talking about throwing 7-8 punch combinations. That is Hayes best chance of winning the fight imo.

He is not going to do that though.

Fair play - I agree that it is Haye's most likely gameplan. Wouldn't say it's 100% guaranteed because Haye/Booth are pretty smart and it's always possible that they will pull something new out of the fire. It will be interesting either way!

He doesn't have to hit harder than Klit, he just has to hit hard enough

At times he sounds like Audley here to me.
