I am amused at what our American friends consider fear. In my experience loudmouths are the ones who are actually the least confident.

 

I'd say it was more that of frustration. Haye is a diva and loves the limelight, therefore some washed up, never that good in his prime anywayloudmouth coming in and stealing his thunder was always going to rankle with him.

Yes, I agree Haye could have selected a better opponent but that unknown Swiss guy may well have too much for Shannon at this stage. I wouldn't be surprised if he lost to a Richard Towers level of opponent.
