Helenius is slow, plodding, and easy to hit... Chances are Haye would outbox him

However, Helenius has great power, is unpredictable, and does not telegraph his punches.... A "nightmare" for a boxerpuncher with shaky chin like Haye

There's no doubt that slipping in the pocket is much more technical than slipping on the backfoot.

Plus it is more impressive from a scoring point because you can win exchanges much easier.

The way byrd and spinks used defence is a thing of beauty in my eyes.

For the match up, i'd have to favour haye to do a number on pov. Chambers gave pov hell and haye is better h2h than eddie imo.

 

But he has power from hell, whereas Byrd did not.

Haye also made Wlad miss repeatedly, while in the pocket. I was amazed has how good his upperbody movement was when Wlad was trying like hell to catch him clean.
