He might very well do so..But he has yet to beat a legitimately good fighter to warrant making that claim. He looked good against Chisora. I'll give him that much. But I don't know how good Chisora really is. The rest of the fighters he's beaten at heavyweight were basically crap. Granted, Povetkin has been fighting mostly garbage as well. But at least he's spent his entire career over 200 lbs and has yet to see defeat.

 

Haye would beat the **** out of Povetkin. Would love to see it.
