Could Enzo have continued? Did he want to continue? Did his corner protest?

early stoppage imo but what difference does it make? Mac was stumbling around like a drunkard but eventually he had half pulled himself together. The ref probably would have had to stop it like 10 seconds later.

Also the ref can look into his eyes more than i can through the screen.

He was in a bad way when he got back to his feet. Proper stoppage. I liked that the ref gave him a chance, and that he decided Enzo was finished.

Early? Hey i guess theres some sadist in me that really wanted to see him finished off ala the old days. But **** me Enzo was staggering around like a pub drunk. The stoppage was on point and there was no need for the fight to continue for Enzo to get really hurt.

where the ref did a bad job imo was not calling Mac down when he was being held up by the ropes, which allowed Haye to land a 2nd massive right hand.

he was out on his feet when he got back up. He stumbled to the center of the ring and then back into the corner he was done. Good Stoppage

yea but if you have the video then look at the point where the ref actually decides to stop it Enzo was no longer stumbling around and was on relatively steady legs.

He was as steady as Lennox was when McCall turned his lights out in there 1st bout. The stoppage was good.

Did anybody really want to see Haye get the chance to throw even more unanswered right hands?

I wanted Haye to win, but I didn't want to see the ref let the fight carry on so Haye could pummel him into retirement...

The stoppage was fine and just. He and his corner would protest till the cows came home. Was till the right thing to do.

People saying that was early must want to see death in the ring or something. Haye did a number on him, he lurched three quarters of the way across the ring, staggered to a corner to hold himself up and looked ****ed.

Setting Haye on him again would have been criminal.

No, Enzo was doing U-turns and he wasn't sure if the lights were green or red....
