    Haven't seen anybody mention this....

That is an excellent point about speed and the effect of the punch you don't see.

And another one thrown in for good measure about his power, something we all already knew though.

Of course he is going to say that the Heavys he sparred with respect his power, or course he is going to see he can see the punches coming, great. How about show the world that what he is saying is true, why doesn't he accept Shannon Mitchell's challenge and prove that his talking isn't garbage.

BJ Flores said he is the best he has ever sparred.

Danny Williams said he has recieved the hardest ever punches from Haye( Danny has been in the ring with Vitali & Tyson).

He has P4P #1 Punch power in my opinion.

Who??????????? Did you mean Shannon Briggs? Haye has bigger fish to fry but Briggs is a decent warm up fight

Yeah, Danny Williams vouched for his power which says something. The hardest hitters in heavyweight history have been around haye's weight, so I don't know why people find it so hard to comtemplate the fast he hits hard for a cruiser AND heavyweight.

I've said this before, but the only heavyweight who could beat him is Klitschko. I hope Haye takes the WBA and possibly WBC strap and they try to unify at the tail end of 2009.

    Shannon Mitchell?

I don't think fighting imaginary guys is the way forward for Haye.

Haye's hardly the type to duck fighters, is he?? He'll fight whoever gets put in front of him.

Williams fought a WASHED UP Tyson. Wow. The fact that people are not taking this into account is a joke. Prime Tyson punched harder than Haye. Period.

Haye is bang on , 99% of knockouts are from punches that arent seen

Yeah Williams fought a very washed up Tyson , but what was it that made Tysons power so devestating as a youngster , oh yeah thats right it was SPEED.

Everyone on here moans about the state of the HW division and its becasue its populated by over muscled , over sized fighters. Its no conincidence that the Golden Era of the Heavies is the 1970s when 220 was about the average size , the guys back then could move , could box and could hit with speed.

Haye will do great at Heavy !

We've only seen Haye at heavyweight once and he blew the guy away with his first jab.

We need to see him a few more times before ranking his power, you can't say Tyson has more power yet.

Alright, Haye punches harder than a Tyson more than a decade removed from his prime. Great.

The Tyson that fought Williams probably hit just as hard as he did earlier in his career but his stamina, head movement, foot work, desire, commitment and speed were much diminished which made his power basically worthless. All it gave him was a punchers chance.

Anyway, who are we going to believe? Danny Williams, a professional boxer who has fought one and sparred with the other, or some guy on a forum? I'm not going to take either as fact but I would tend towards the testimony of the man who has actually been hit by both the people in question.

So basically what you are saying is:

"I am an ass and want to cause an arguement" :think

    Haye makes very good points.
