I spoke to David the other day and he said that the two heavyweights he considers as the biggest challenge are Tony Thompson, and Chagaev; Both he and Adam Booth said they think Klit is a coward.

Haye isn't making a point, and like said before Danny Williams fought a shot Tyson who had no explosiveness to generate the power that he had in his prime.

Let Haye decisively beat Briggs (my bad about the williams) and then we will see where he stands in the HW picture. He needs to beat someone who can take a hit and who can also give one.

Doubt they believe that to be honest , probably trying to goad the big ****er into a fight , that said if Haye can get past Klits jab he has every chance of knocking him out

His speed and accuracy is going to cause that division nightmares. if he comes in a lean 220-225 id fancy him over all titlists bar Klitchko who could keep him off but would probably be **** scared to engage with haye looking at his last fight

everyone talks **** about klit because he's the man u want to fight if u want the $$$.

haye's fanboys are delusional in their buildup because they are ignoring his pourous defense. he just doesnt have the complete package to beat a guy like Wlad or be consistent at hw. What punch did enzo land on haye at will and cut him? the jab. what's wlad's best weapon? wlad hits much harder with more power and speed. do the math

wlad is a master of controlling space so haye will not land those looping shots. personally, i think klit brings haye's "chin home in a box" :grouphug

dude i saw the fight and he landed several jabs even haye acknowledged it in a post-fight interview with berstein "saying he let a few shots get through". great power but his defense is not very good.

criticize? im using facts to back up my arguments unlike many haye fanboys

Hayes comments, while self serving, are right on the money. If just being big is the key to success, then get Nico Valuev's seat in the hall of fame ready.
Joe Frazier weighed 205 when he won the biggest heavyweight fight of all time. Dempsey, under 200 ,destroyed a 260 pound Willard.Marciano , if fighting today , would have to gain 15 pounds to reach the Cruiserweight limit.
Haye is going to go through the pudgy Russians, lazy Americans, and all the other assorted mediocrities like a buzzsaw. There is going to be a whole trail of chubby bodies laying in Daves wake. If Wlad is still around in a year, Haye will blast him as well.

Not jabs, a hook to the body and a left hook up top. watch the fight again and see how many jabs he hits him with

At will?! What fight were you watching? :nut I watched it again just now and he Macca may have landed 6 or 7 jabs in the first round (and no other punches of note other than the solitary left hook near the start) and because of Haye's head movement they were nothing more than glancing blows at best. The second round was going similar to the first but I got distracted by the fact that Macca was getting battered so I forgot to count the jabs.

    Hardly any hit at all

I know, I was trying to be generous to Macca! Not a single one of the jabs jarred Haye in any way. He was constantly moving just out of range or just slipping it to the side, his defence looked much sharper than usual.

kobeisgod, Enzo's jab was his downfall in that fight.

Haye was moving as the jab was thrown so the jab went over his shoulder....then Haye would crack him with the big right.

If Haye avoids Wlad's jab and cracks him with a right, it's goodnight.

went overboard but the point is when he threw them, he landed. it's a punch haye is clearly susceptible too.

wlad doesnt linger in the punch zone like that guy enzo. he snaps his jab and is gone. it's about distance. u guys need to watch his last 6 fights and watch his foot movement and how that netralizes punches to better size up a fight. haye fights almost like wlad used to. flat-footed and tons of power shots.

if u stand if front of a guy, he has a much better chance to catch u. show him movement, and his effectiveness drops immensely.

plus, wlad is near 6'7'' and fights tall while Enzo seemed to be crouching and leaning for some reason.
