Haye Must Face Povetkin If Chagaev Is Not Available

    I highly doubt it happens. If it does, Haye gains a shred of respect to the where it is a LEGIT heavyweight win. It would do wonders for him in my P4P too.

    As for the result, I wouldn't be surprised with an early-mid Haye TKO or a late Povetkin TKO, but I think it'd be a Haye MD with some controversy.

    Defeating Chagaev or Povetkin would cement Haye as the #3 heavy in the world and put more pressure on Klitschko to make the fight. Haye could build his profile fighting Tarver or Toney and pressure K2 to face him in England.

    But the Haye camp is risk averse and won't jeopardize the big K2 pay-day. Too bad--Haye is fun to watch if he's in there with good competition.
