Yes, I mistyped. Thanks for the correction. It was a lunging right hook that hurt him. They must have felt the concussion off of that shot in the back row. Wow. Not since Peter Wlad I had he had his head rattled like that. He did shake it off after some time, and then showed a willingness to go back after Haye, which showed Wlad was not as tentative as he was in the first Peter fight, after getting rocked. Let's see Haye land a powershot like that on Vitali. If he does, things will get interesting, real fast.
I beleive you but I dont think we will ever see those fights happen. why fight him when we have Mormeck, Botha still out there, Holyfield is out there, you have Arreola working his way back up, potential rematch with Haye **** it maybe Wlad fights Adamek you know what i mean.
Whats going to be even more sad is when Vitali eats one of those shots, then makes Haye **** himself when he comes right back at him :good That's IF Haye signs the contract  Wladimir took a good right hand from Haye and imo he proved ONCE AGAIN that his chin isn't as bad as a lot of people make it out to be
klitfans are saying that wlad somehow "exposed haye"!!?! i dont really see that. maybe he did a little more but that was far from dominating. many rounds were very even that where not easy to give to wlad but somehow he got them. none of them guys fought as they usualy do, they were to afraid of each other. i say rematch, i want a KO
Hayes bull**** before undermind a very solid display on foreign territory....I also believed wlad would just crumble with 1st contact...maybe hay was watching the wlad of 5 years ago....
But the clinch lasted 11 or 12 seconds. Wlad was in some deep water and he knew it. Anyway, I think Haye's attributes (speed, power, movement, defense) certianly would sell a Vitali Haye fight. I see past the fact that he didn't live up to his mouthing. ALot of times they dont'. But you gotta see how Haye did, compared to everyone else Wlad has fought. Noone else sees the last bell, much less, marks Wlad's face up, and rocks him in the last round, as well as being able to slip punches like that. Haye's performance, even though it didn't live up to his pre fight hype, was the most threatening and hard to deal with opponent Wlad has faced since Peter I. By FAR. And I don't recall ANYone rattling him like that since Peter I. And noone he has fought has been that hard to hit. Not even Chris Byrd. Fact. Haye is still a better fight for either brother than Helenius, Povetkin, Styverne, etc.
Haye has power I could give a **** what anybody says, Haye does have power... Though Vitali walked through a ton of Lennox Lewis Bombs so I dont think the power alone does the trick for Haye should he fight Vitali, However I do think that his footwork head movement and speed make for a tuffer night for the slower wider Vitali
Never said he DIDN'T have power.Just wrote that it might not be as vaunted as his supporters think.Sheesh
Very good thinking from you! i really dont think wlad vs haye was a bad fight! you got to understand that these guys can knock each other out with just one punch! It was a chess match that i really enjoyed! Two very skilled fighters! both performed to the highest level! wladimir with a perfect gameplan!
I agree Wlad's chin is not as fragile as its been made out to be, and Haye does have ferocious power, most certianly. Vitali has the chin of a sherman tank, yes, but if Haye nails him hard and flush, you never know what will happen if Haye stuns him and can then take advantage and followup. I recall that Sanders got Vitlai's attention with a fast inside straight shot that snapped Vitali's head back, and Vitali had to quickly back peddle out of trouble cause he was stunned pretty good. Even an iron chin can take only so much concussive power. And Haye has that kind of Sanders speed and power.
I agree it was a decent fight, People hating on the fight or blaiming Haye for his performance, Obviously expected him to stand there and trade with the bigger man, How can any Klit fan expect that when neither klitschko will do the same? And as far as the scoring the fight was Even in my eyes neither guy did enough to win should have been ruled a draw but the star power of Wlad got him that win plain and simple... But for those who claim it was dominant get the **** out of here.. it was like an amateur fight and at the end of the day had we went by that scoring I dont think neither guy would have a win or a loss...
