I would not feel safe walking the street in Ukraine, there is a big difference between the Ukraine and England (where David Haye is from). And it's not really up for debate.

While everywhere does have racists, yes, England is a very multicultural place. The England football team is a pretty good indication of what I'm talking about.

During a football match, some asian guys went to watch and support the home team, and the fans around them started kicking the **** out of them, one guy was even kicked running away by someone who wasn't even involved in the initial fray
