looked to me like he took it in the spirit it was meant. tbh every time i've seen stuff like that and the hat stealing thing or pretty much any time those 2 have interacted they actually seem to get on quite well.
What I don't understand is why Haye and Booth exclusively focus on Wlad because they are content they have the blue print for ambushing and stopping the younger brother. What makes them so certain they don't have a chance against a 40 year old Vitali who is slower than ever, right there for the taking? It appears the thought of Vitali actually being the easier target of the two is not entering their mind?
Haye is a coward. I think the Klits are just getting tired of wasting their time with him. If haye wanted to fight either one of them it would have happened already. Haye is the one who keeps backing out of contracts
Maybe I'm looking at this differently, but if you fight someone within 2 months of him having fought someone else, wouldn't that mean you'd get a lot less PPVs and ratings as people don't buy them that often? Wasn't this also the reason Sky said no to Haye as it would be too close to Khan's fight with Peterson?
I think this Vitali fight could happen around july as Vitali will be ready to go again by then were realisically Wlad really wont be. I think this is a Klitschko plan and Haye knows this and doesnt like it but is now thinking on what do do here. Its clear he wanted the chinny one first. Its sensible to take the path of least resistance...and thats how he sees Wlad - he's seen him on the floor TKO'd several times already..but never once seen Vitali on the floor for even a second from a punch.
If Haye had pulled the same **** as Vlad has just pulled all the Russians and Germans here would be screaming what a coward he is.At best you can say Vlad is acting like a menstrating teenage girl avoiding Haye because he feels Haye did the same before. At worst Vlad is scared of getting KO'ed and maneuvering the situation trying to get Haye to fight Vitali instead.Haye may well be happy to avoid Vitali right now but no more than Vlad is happy to avoid Haye.
There's also the (very slight) chance that Chisora KTFO Wlad which would hurt any subsequent PPV sales, especially so soon after. I'm not justifying Haye's reaction, but that is a factor that may have something to do with it. I find it incredible that Wlad would take a 14 fight novice over a massive unification bout with someone that the Klits supposedly consider to be easy pickings. It doesn't add up, unless Wlad just wants easy paydays and doesn't give a **** about legacy.
People seem to forget Haye is far far smaller than either of the K-twins 10% smaller than Vlad but over 15% smaller than Vitali.I dont see anyone else too keen fighting someone 15% bigger at this level. The equalivant of Mayweather fighting Bernard Hopkins. At least with Vlad its not such a big difference.Makes Vlad look even more of a ***** when you look at it like that.
Why does Haye keep referring to the brothers as though they were one person? He keeps saying "Wlad is a coward, I am done with the Klitschkos. Looks like I will have to retire without fighting them." So if Wlad is a coward that means Haye doesn't feel a need to go after Vitali? I don't understand the logic.
