    If Haye does beat Ruiz. I wouldn't be suprised if he tries to make a fight with Frans Botha to snatch another title.

    Most of them shows he has appeared on are not live. Come on get with it. The chris moyles show he still had his hand all plastered up when he thought Valuev. I would say they would be at least a month old all of them. He never looked to bad on the alan carr show. He will be in shape guaranteed.

    I actually doubt that any man who has won the WBA Belt which was the lads ambition of a lifetime, would fail to go into the ring to defend it against a quite durable guy , OUT OF CONDITION, David will if not just out of vanity and obligation be in the shape of his life but by fight time he will be on the money weight wise.. I am not a Haye fan.. But i do like his drive and enthusiasm.. He is in a hard fight here, Ruiz can be a technically tough man to get past... Forget the loss to Tua, It was a hundred years ago .. Look more closely at wins over Kirk Johnson, Jameel, etc.. He is a very hard puncher if you let him also.. Don't expect this fight to be easy.. John has not been getting the top opponents because no one likes to fight him.. I know his publicist and we talk all of the time about opponents that get to signing a contract then find some kinda excuse not to obligate... It may be an ugly fight because lets face it John can resort to some ugly tactics to overwealm his opposition.. But he more often than not gets the win..

    Did you see Haye dominant explosive winner over Valuev???

    Me neither , he just actually appeared to just do more..
    The last round he landed one fire ******* , but it just caught Valuev off guard and rattled his composure and balance for a second,,, Haye is really just a good beltholder, not an exceptional champion.. God Bless..

    If you see some of the replays, those shots he landed on Valuev were knockout blows. But he was so big it didn't affect him a whole lot. However, if Haye lands that shot he landed on Valuev, Ruiz won't get up.

    belt has lineage yes, but its tarnished now
    toyota was a major car, best in the world at one time, look at them now
    things change
    thats my whole point, why was ruiz supposed to fight valeuv a 3rd time? he lost a UD in fight 2. no one on this planet wanted to see that fight again...you wonder why these fights are broadcast over in the states. the fact you say "haye has to do it" in regards to fighting ruiz makes my point. he has been inactive for almost 18 months since Valeuv beat him, then he finally fights a guy with a 19-10 record and suddenly we get him shoved down our throats again? boxrec has ruiz ranked 26 in the world...i believe they are right on the money with that...WBA has ruiz #1
    have fun with that "major belt" and average fight

    i was very confident in haye doing a number on ruiz, but now not so sure. why the **** would haye want to come into this fight that bulky as he must know speed is the thing that causes ruiz problems. roy jones gave ruiz a boxing lesson, and that's because he didn't give a chance for ruiz to clinch as he was gone landing punches on ruiz head.

    That's the first time I've seen these pictures and I've seen him look better. He looks a little fleshy and not as muscular as I've seen him. I'll reserve judgement until he weighs in. He's still got two full weeks left so we'll see what happens. The camp are normally very meticulous in their approach so I hope they've not dropped the ball here.

    he's not fat, but he's a boxer who relies on speed, so being too muscular, or too big on any form is not going to be that beneficial in my opinion for david haye. he should just concentrate on speed. the training footages i've seen from haye regarding this fight, i don't think he's looked as fast. it's what happens in the ring that matters.

    :lol::rofl:patsch

    Haye could train on beer and cigarettes and beat Ruiz. Ruiz is not going to win a Decision in the UK. He has NO power to take advantage of Haye's fragile Glass Jaw (1 legit KO in 10 years) the guy has no skills period. He can't fight within the rules. Haye could smoke crack before the fight and still win.
