To suggest Khan was 'blinded by his own hands' or that his getting blown away by Prescott is due to adapting his style is nonsense. He got dropped by Limond and Gomez fighting his natural style and doesn't have the reflexes or equalising power Haye has. Khan does have some great natural tools, his handspeed and variation is good and he has reasonable power but that chin will always be his downfall. Khan simply isn't tough enough and doesn't have anything like the natural evasiveness to make up for it imo. Still some good points from Haye though, as we all know he is probably his own number one fan but he is not afraid to humble himself and went out seeking the harshest and most valuable learning experiences and training enviroments unlike Khan whose preparations come straight out of Rocky III before that old **** Mick dies and Creed reminds everyone to keep it real.
You should shut your mouth - same as David Haye Nothing more annoying than some twat giving out unasked for advice
I thought you were a good poster. In fact I still think you a good poster. I also now think you a twat too. :good
Correct, i am. (but it's 'an' idiot...not a idiot ) But I also know what i'm talking about. Haye fools many, but not I.
Couldn't resist. I like busting chops sometimes and am indeed a twat. I thought David Haye made some good points in that article though.
His problem is that there are too many people influencing what he does - everybody from his father, to his cousin's mate's ex girlfriend's daughter. Surely it ought to be simply his trainer, promoter, and manager (whom ever that may be) plus a close trusted family member/friend.
It would have been much better for all concerned if a nice honest trainer had just said to him in the first please. "Look Amir, you're a great kid but you should really think of something else to do with your life other than fighting for world titles and such, thing is matey, you are not good enough. Sure you might win a European belt and makes some new friends and a bit of cash and all that but you are ultimately doomed to failure. And its gonna hurt". Instead Warren and the like have decided to milk him for all he's worth.
His Carear aint complelty shot, he may challenge murray for the British title, and lose, then he can go for north west champ or something crap, he aint going to be anyone unless he gets rid of his ego, hayes right he should go to america where hes basically a nobody im guessing. get away from all the hype.
