We have heard this before , but Haye needs a difining fight and with Wlad thats what he will get , Haye is fast and powerful but is not on the same lev. as Wlad. I don't know if he will retire in nov like he says but Ill bet my house he will feel like it after Wlad get through with him.

I could give two shits if a fighter "promises" to fight someone.

You can sign the contract, then I'll be happy.

Haye seems to think that Wlad is the one who needs a defining fight.

Haye says that he's already had a career defining fight.............against Valuev :-(

Haye is 'all talk' until he actually gets in that ring with Wladimir

Haye not only promised to fight Vlad before, he signed a legit contract, then broke it and ran!

Haye also promised and broke an implied contract with Vitali, then ran! Haye's word means nothing! I will believe this will happen if I ever see Haye in a ring with Vitali or Vlad.

Haye never produced evidence or medical reports of any injury, Wlad already has.

Come on... everybody here knows the demise of Setanta is the real reason Haye walked away, it's just the fact he lied about that, and keeps lying about everything (there has been a timeline thread here) is what winds the Haye haters up! And yes, I'm certainly one of them.

If the Setanta issue was the only problem on Haye's mind then why didn't he fight Vitali when the fight was on the table?

Why exactly did he sign a slave contact with Sauerland and fight those shitty fights with Valuev, Ruiz and Audley when he could have written boxing history by knocking the brothers from pillar to post right there right then????
