Haye is the only heavyweight to even wobble valeuv and it wasent even a clean shot . barrett also said that haye has power like wlad . haye might not of fought well tonight mainly due to valeuvs awkwardness and size but i dont think anyone can question his power . i think his power is up there with wlad and tua. haye has the power to hurt any heavyweight.

If he had real heavyweight power, as you say, he would have decked and ko'ed Valuev.

With the way he fought it was clear he wasn't going to. He got some big clean shots in. And wobbled the big man who was indent-able supposedly. Haye definitely has legit HW power.

It was the left hook which Haye had a lot of success with, that was the punch that hurt Valuev. It only half landed too. I was surprised the left-hook was so effective, everybody knows the right is Haye's trademark punch...maybe there is truth in his claim he hurt his right hand. I'll wait for confirmation.

He's got the power thats for sure, hopefully against other fighters he'll have the chance to show it more often.

Even with a broken hand, he did something 50 of Valuev's past oppenents couldn't do. Haye is the real deal.

he had him doing a chicken dance with a left in the last round, he injured his right hand early on, he is right handed, he could have knocked him down, thats my one disappointment.

no, he proved it by putting barett on the deck a few times. Cmon guys, lets not make **** up because of this win. Its a good one, but no need to overhype, it just makes the win look worse

people are such idiots on here. Valeuv fight 40 plus fights against **** caliber people...then he fights a few guys who are decent, but on 6 ft tall....you make it seem like Valeuv has been chin checked...ruiz cant hit, chagaev has never kod anyone of note...point is his chin is only as good as the opponents who hit him....
so if you think its heavyweight power because he wobbled someone whos head is as big as a trash can.....maybe he will grow some heavyweight balls and back up the enormous **** talking he does

Sigh. Valuev has been wobbled before. Let's be accurate here.

why? he is telling the truth.....since when does throwing 1 punch in 12 rounds and stunning someone equal real heavyweight power?
Haye has power anyway....and theres no reason why he shouldnt have put valeuv on the canvas....he just didnt have the balls to try

But did he prove that he had the feet to be fleet-footed?

the shot that made valuev dance, would have ended a fight against wlad, no doubt about it....the question is will he be able to land on wlad?....but he is most. def. a threat to wlad....

No, the real question is, can Haye even stand up to Wlad's best jabs--and I am bering serious.

Yeah, if Haye landed the shot he landed on Valuev against Wlad, he could have stopped Wlad, but what are the ****ing odds of Haye EVER hitting Wlad with that shot?

Valuev is MUCH eaiser to hit than Wlad.

Wlad will be peppering Haye with jabs fairly easily. Forget whether or not Haye can take Wlad's right hands, or even his left hook....can Haye stand up to a short accumulation of Wladimir jabbing him over two rounds?

I'm not so sure he can.

Wlad-Haye is a MISMATCH. Early win for Wlad, easy win for Wlad.
