Boente has just been on Sky Sports News and has confirmed that talks are ongoing between Haye's camp with regards a February fight between Haye and Vitali.

Also stated, Haye will definitely come out of any retirement for a fight against Vitali and he ( Boente ) had spoken to Adam Booth just minutes before the telephone interview with Sky Sports News.

    THIS!!!!

It was a ****ish move from the Board to say Haye is retiring. The man himself hasn't made a statement and like Dave Coldwell said, you only need a BBBofC license to box in the UK.

Haye could get licensed by the German board to fight Vitali.
