There's a thin line between love and hate.
Hearn-Haye-Bellew is a love triangle but it won't last long.
Bellew will be out soon, and they'll bring in Anthony Joshua, things will get really steamy.
In might be enough to bring Fury out of his closet.

The line between Matchroom heavyweight boxing and WWE wrestling is thin too.
I guess WWE is just pantomime camp in a vaudeville tradition, whereas boxing is "high camp" dressed up in a thin veil of working class/street 'gangsta' realness so people can choose to ignore the utter gayness of it.

I don't like Eddie Hearn but it's a bit harsh to be compared disavourably to Barry Hearn, whoever you are.
But this is the life he chose.

His fighters, his company and even himself.

What matters is are his shows successful? Are his fighters treated well? Does his shows do well on tv?

If the answer is yes to these I'm really not sure what Haye is moaning about. Seems to me his envious that Matchroom and and Eddie Hearn are the #1 promoter in the UK and he doesn't like it.

If his really as bad as Haye seems to think I'm wondering why all those fighters who are not promoted at the expense of Eddie Hearn's ego haven't gone elsewhere.

A self-made man, undisputed World cruiserweight champion who became the World heavyweight champion, wishes to be a public schoolboy who got a job in his father's firm?

No, but he wants to be a flash smooth-talking big-time promoter or businessman.
Instead of being a 36-year-old boxer looking for a big payday to recoup whatever money he's lost.

Interesting what Hearn said today about Haye. That he tried to go around Hearn's back several times to deal with Bellew directly to try and cut Matchroom out.

Obviously the fact that this is now a Matchroom promotion and not solely a Hayemaker one as riled Haye, hence the personal attack on Eddie during the conference.

Yeah it burns Haye inside that matchroom are promoting. Listen to the stuff Haye said about ending matchroom, it all sounded very desperate.

The fact Haye can't get on Sky must be hurting no matter how hard he tries to talk about high ratings on Dave.

Haye trying to write to Barney Francis @ Sky to a deal without Hearn is pretty laughable.

I'm no fan of Eddie Hearn or the deal matchroom have with Sky, but Haye's done himself no favours there.
He's shown his frustration and his desperation. He's shown how vulnerable he is.

I just hope Haye doesn't get a legitimate cut or injury close to this fight, for his sake.
If he does another pull-out I can't see any way back for him.

Can you blame him? The guys broke, his wife left him and he wasted the best years of his career. Desperate isn't even the start of it.

The guy is only one-step away from becoming Shannon Briggs (minus the humour or likeable personality).

.... and even the Furys look down on him.

I can't believe he blew all his money. He must have made loads in the Wlad Klitschko fight alone.

He's only one punch away though!
I don't like the guy but good luck to him.

And will that make Haye more vulnerable or more dangerous?

I really can't make my mind up. Haye is in the last chance saloon. He has to knock Tony Bellew out. No unanimous/split decisions will cut it here. He will get no title shots if he doesn't make a huge statement of intent.

The longer the fight goes on, will Haye become more desperate like England chasing the equaliser against Iceland in the Euros? The longer it goes for Bellew the more spirited he will become.

Some people think this is an easy nights work for Haye but he has a lot lot lot more to lose than Bellew. If he gets sparked out then no surprises, he was brave stepping up in weight etc etc and he'll go back down to cruiserweight. But Haye has nowhere to go. The pressure on him is enormous and it'll be a huge test of his character to stay relaxed and patient.

The fury's are stupid to look down on anyone. Irregardless of whatbtou think of Haye those drug taking/drug dealing, fight dodging cheats aren't in a position to talk about anyone.

They're in the glassiest of houses yet cry off about discrimination when anyone calls them out on their bull****.

Seriously **** the Fury's, they're the biggest joke in boxing.

After his very generous contribution to Nick Blackwell, I don't believe it either.
