I think he should as well. We are overdue for a gigantic Heavyweight event. Either Haye or Adamek, but Adamek is tied up so Haye needs to step up to the plate.
I think Vitali would win against Haye, but Haye probably has a better chance against a then 39 year old Vitali than against a prime Wlad that I don't think has ever been harder to beat or more effective. Haye - with a little luck - could try to open a cut or force some injury on Vitali and probably survive the first half of the fight relatively unscathed if he avoids trading with Vitali. Again, it's a longshot but a win over an aging Vitali is maybe a 25% chance for Haye while against this version of Wlad I wouldn't give him more than 10%. If Haye hasn't forgotten about his original (or should I say alleged) dream of a unified belt and worldwide fame then he should fight Vitali right now. It's not like Vitali is unbeatable, even for Haye.
Valuev needed a gift decision against a 40 year old Larry Donald. Vitali completely dominated a young prime Larry Donald. Vitali ia two classes above Valuev.
