They are getting ready to come out I think if Haye fights the smart fight he should have it in the bag, But if he gets careless though and starts slugging he might get caught and hurt.
Haye landed, but not enough. Valuev was the aggressor and landed some decent shots of his own. I'd say it'd be fair to give it to Valuev. VERY boring fight, though.
