Well Haye definately has the power to win this and the speed with it to get in range and unleash. However the longer it goes the better it will be for Wlad. He has to land eventually. With both having shaky chins it's fairly even or perhaps a bit in Wlad's favour. Perhaps 60-40.

I'm picking Haye TKO early-mid rounds.

And I wouldn't be the suprised to see the same happen if Haye lands a fast and hard jab on Wlad. Hayes first heavyweight punch was a jab and it snapped Bonins head back just like Booth said it would in the highlights before the fight.

How many Wlad fights you watched ? His jab is like a drunken woman on a saturday night with a heavy handbag trying to get a taxi to stop. Its a pathetic jab dubbed a handbag ***** jab by those in the know.

haye seemed a little forced in that interview. like he was a tad pissed off about something.

he also couldn't grasp bunce's carrier pigeon quip.

cant see Haye winning this.Wlad has 4 inches on him and imo posseses the most powerful jab in heavyweight history although shouts could be made for Bruno or Lewis. Its not just a range fighter but a real genuine power punch that physically and phycologically wilts his opponents. His opponents have trouble unloading any kind of consistant attack on him because his offence is so powerful, its Wlads best form of defence.Wlad is not exactly flat footed either.Under Steward hes developed beautiful footwork for such a big man, moving quickly back or to the side always keeping his foe at the range he wants with the jab ready to follow with the right if the opportunity arrises.Wlads boxing skills have come on markedly because of the top class coaching of Steward.Haye to me has never shown them kind of patient boxing skills and never had the coaching of anyone approaching the accumen of Steward which makes all the difference.Haye seems to have genuine contempt for Wlad verging almost on hatred which is quite disconcetring as Wlads a nice guy.Hes obviously been watching him for years and for that reason i hope Wlad dosnt overlook him.

    I am going for Haye.
The only reason I have is that I reckon Haye's trash talk has got to Wlad and Vit for that matter. Whenever they talk about Haye they sound defensive and worried. They are rattled and I reckon scared!
Haye to win by stoppage inside 5 rounds, maybe even early.

Thing is the Klits have been dining out on faded average bums in the paltry heavyweight division since Lewis retired (and even then Wlad has been beaten several times). They know they are nowhere near as good as the opposition have made them look and they know that Haye is a real contender.

Do you actually know anything about boxing or are you completly blinkered. He only has to land 2 or 3 quality jabs a round thats all which is usually enough to completly disorientate and as Mcguigan would say destroy the equilibrium of his opponents. They may not fall straight away, but their speed, timing, reflexes depreciate significantly from the point at which they first entered the fight rendering them mere punching bags.If you look at Wlads last 6 or 7 fights under Steward theyve all been systematically beaten this way.Guys like Thompson,Brewster,Brock,Peter,Rahman,Byrd all of whom have better chins than Haye.

Vlad is an excellent boxer. Steward is no fool and neither is Vlad. This is not a mandatory fight, Vlad does not have to take this fight, but he wants it. Vlad will knock Haye out, somewhat like Vitali did to Herbie Hide in London for the WBO title years ago. Vitali was a five to one underdog, yet he stopped Hide in the second round.

I want Haye to win. Have him defeat Wlad, then go after Chagaev-Valuev winner, then take on a voluntary defense, and go after Vitali. I just want a god damned undisputed champion, and with the Klitschko's its never gonna happen. I dont want to wait another five-six years for it to happen.

    Haye can't do it.

    What was Haye's best win?

    What he said.

The jab is not going to knock Haye out but I can't see his footwork or head movement being good enough to slip it and counter.

Haye's going to have real difficulty getting set to throw the Hayemaker if he's off balance and being moved around at the end of a jab. The one hope is that Wlad throws enough of those limp pushed jabs for Haye to shoot a big right hand over the top of it.
