I always thought the phrase "Scared of his own shadow" was just a figure of speech.

    Apparently not.

It now seems that some boxers have good reason to be scared of their own shadow !

If his shadow can stop him, imagine what either Klitschko will do to him if they meet !

I once jammed a nerve in my back just by washing my hair and making a bad move, so what...

Let the Hayehuggers do the shittalk, I´m really getting tired of that...

Did he hurt himself by stooping? And how would one stoop away from their own shadow; it follows you around...

I expect that Ring lighting will now feature with Ring size, gloves, etc. in future Haye fight negotiations.

He won't want to risk having his shadow show up in there.

Gives a whole new meaning to ' Third man in the Ring! '

It's a term used when a heavyweight contender stoops too low while bullying his hadow and gets hurt by the pissed-off shadow.

(That shadow was annoyed at David getting all the 'limelight' )

Limelight is a term for something Haye will try to avoid for a while so as not to encounter that ***** of a shaddow again).

And finally 'stooped' is a corruption of the word 'stupid' that is reserved for some on this forum who claimed that WLAD was ducking when HAY pulled out.

I explained it four you in post #4.

    Sahdow:

Something similar to a shadow (an area of light blocked out by an object, which creates a two-dimensional shape of the object), execpt much scarier.

Whereas a shadow is usually benign and harmless, a sahdow can become irritated with its owner and there are cases on record where a pissed-off sahdow can actually be more than a match for its originator in a fist-fight, and can even cause injuries sufficiently serious to force withdrawl from major bouts.
