Chisora is suspected of ''malicious injury''.....also a jailable offence.

source: BBC (they spoke to the Munich public prosecutor's office)

David Haye & Dereck Chisora face German police probe

British boxers David Haye and Dereck Chisora are suspected of committing offences that could carry prison sentences following their Munich brawl, German prosecutors told BBC Sport.
Haye is suspected of grievous bodily harm - a crime which, if proven, carries a prison sentence of six months to 10 years, the prosecutor said.
Chisora is under suspicion of malicious injury, which carries a jail sentence of up to five years, and a "threat", a lesser offence punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to one year.
    More to follow.

Slap on the wrist, nothing more.

Can't see Adam Booth (The only guy who really did suffer GBH) pressing charges against Haye, as that would hit his bankbalance, just a tiny bit.

I'm pretty sure you actually have to inflict grievous bodily harm to be guilty of GBH

Oh of course, he did cut Booth.

I don't know about anywhere else, but in the UK you can't consent to GBH, so it's not about pressing charges or not. There's plenty of case law which has set this precedent. If someone commits GBH they can be charged even if the victim does not want to pursue legal action.

He's wanted for a crime in Germany

    Surely he's safe now

It's not like the Germans have ever invaded a place to get something they want

The German prosecutor can arrange an EAW (European Arrest Warrant).

"Haye hunt may involve Scotland Yard

German police are ready to seek help from Scotland Yard as they hunt British heavyweight David Haye following his press conference brawl with Dereck Chisora in Munich.

Press Association Sport understands Haye, however, may already be back in the United Kingdom while German detectives also believe it is likely he is back in Britain.

Munich Police spokesman Gottfried Schlicht admitted: "We still don't know where David Haye is. I don't know whether British police have been contacted yet because that is the job of the court, not the Munich Police. We have to ask the court in Munich and the court goes to Scotland Yard or wherever in the UK.
"That is likely to happen but I don't know how long the process will take. My opinion is that it should or will happen as soon as possible but I can't say whether that will take days or weeks. I don't know."
